Digital Perm

Also called the Curl and Wave perm, this is also a thermal process that targets to transform the hair from being pin straight to having more volume.

At the end of the process, the hair will have a different shape depending on the level of curls and volume desired. 

At our salon, we utilize specialized Digital perm machinery, devices and products to achieve the best results. The hair is initially processed by applying a number of treatments and solutions depending on the hair length, texture and condition. After it's been rinsed, the next step is to apply the Digital perm rods and connect them to the specialized Digital perm machine in order to create the shape of the curls desired and to trap it with the heat coming from the machine. The final step is to neutralize the hair to lock the curls/waves so the end results are a beautiful, full of volume hair. 

The process takes approximately 2.5~3 hours, depending on the hair length, texture and condition.

Just like the Straightening perm, the Digital perm will last between 6-12 months depending on the products used for aftercare (i.e. good shampoo, conditioner, treatment...etc.), as well as other factors such as lifestyle, use of medications, pregnancy, genetics, and current or ongoing illnesses/disorders...etc.  

The hair will keep its curls and volume as long as it's being taken care of, but any new growth in the roots will be in the original texture of the hair.
